Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit
cards. Credit card payments are made through PayPal, but you don't need to have
a PayPal account to do this. Unfortunately, we can not accept personal cheques
at this time.

Q. I'm getting married/have a special occasion coming up. Can you make my cat a
matching or custom outfit?
Custom couture is absolutely possible! Please contact us
with your details.
Q. My cat is, er- sort of "big boned". I'm worried your one-size-fits-all dress
won't fit over her big, beautiful booty. How can I be sure she won't end up
looking like Star Jones in a spandex shower curtain?
Our dresses will fit most average housecats- even if they are "plus sized".
(You've most likely given your cat a bath at some point, and were probably
shocked at how little they really are when you subtract all that fluffy fur!)
We'd even go so far as to say that our dresses will fit 99% of cats. To
reassure you, take these 2 critical measurements: a) around the neck- or collar
size, and b) around the ribcage- about 2 inches south from the "armpit" of her
front legs. Our dresses will comfortably fit a cat up to 30cm at the neck, and
50cm around the waist, which is the top end for a healthy bodyweight for a cat.
If your cat is larger than this, we actually would encourage you to speak to
your vet about cat nutrition- your kitty may have health issues that could be
resolved with a better diet, and she deserves a long healthy and happy life.
Q. What is your returns policy?
Miss Glamourpuss wants you to be thrilled with your purchase, so you'll not
only come back, but you'll also tell all your friends too! While we can not
accept returns on food items for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of
receiving your order for return approval and instructions. Clothing items must
be unused, in the same perfect condition (with all tags attached) as you
received them. Shipping fees can not be refunded, and we can not be responsible
for your country's duty or taxation laws. But if you change your mind within 24
hours of placing your order you may cancel it by contacting us.
Q. Where and how do you ship? And how long will it take to get my order?
MissGlamourpuss ships to cats all over the world! If you are Canadian, we ship
via Canada Post and it typically takes 5-7 days from dispatch until you receive
it. If you are in the USA, we ship via airmail and typically it takes 7-10 days
from dispatch. To Europe, we ship via airmail and it typically takes 7-14 days
from dispatch. Please note each country has their own customs regulations, and
at busy times of the year delays are possible- it makes us crazy and we want to
yell at them too if stuff gets held up! If you urgently need your order within
one or two days, we can FedEx it….but it'll cost ya. So like your Grandma
always told you, eat your green vegetables and order your presents early!
